About Niels ’t Hooft
Niels ’t Hooft (1980, The Netherlands) is a writer of novels and videogames, and a researcher and designer of digital literary experiences. He’s one of the founders of Immer, a Dutch company that develops better technology for reading books on the digital screen – including Club Lees, a social reading app for public broadcaster VPRO. Immer is winner of the Renew the Book Award (NL) and ContentShift Startup of the Year (DE), and a FutureBook Startup of the Year (UK) finalist. Immer also heads the Creative Europe project ENTALE: Exploring New Technology to Advance Literature in Europe.
